What the standard subscription includes
The standard program contains five modules, 15 text-based lessons with written exercises, and five assessments totaling 25 questions. Enrolled users can save progress, receive assessment feedback, and download completion certificates when requirements are met. Administrators manage enrollment and access, monitor progress, and export PDF or Excel reports. The current platform supports one organization and up to 100 active learners plus five separate administrators per deployment.
Subscription and purchasing
Subscriptions are quoted for an agreed learner capacity and period, ordinarily 12 months. A quote request is non-binding and does not collect payment or activate a subscription. A written quote and executed agreement establish price, taxes where applicable, start and end dates, billing, cancellation, refund, renewal, support, and delivery terms. This page does not replace that agreement or create an automatic renewal. Government purchases follow the applicable award and contract terms.
Access and provisioning
Access requires an administrator-enrolled email address and an academy password established through a private activation link. No local training application installation is required. Before purchase, confirm identity, browser, network, download, and organizational-policy compatibility. Provisioning dates and customer inputs, including a validated roster and designated administrators, must be specified in the agreement. A product demonstration is not evidence of MCEN/NIPRNET authorization.
Learning and completion
Each module assessment requires completion of its three lesson exercises. A score of at least 80% passes the assessment. Completion certificates record learning activity and passing scores; they do not constitute professional accreditation, tool authorization, or government endorsement. Written activities are not instructor-graded in the standard service. No proctored exam or guaranteed business result is included.
Tailoring and additional services
Role-specific examples, custom exercises or modules, facilitated sessions, managed report delivery, and additional deployment work may be scoped separately. Any such quote must define deliverables, staffing, review rounds, acceptance criteria, fees, and schedule. Enterprise SSO, LMS/SCORM integrations, operational AI automation, and live model access are not included in the current standard product. Discuss any requirement before assuming availability.
Reports and administration
Reports summarize progress for a selected reporting month; account status is current rather than a historical roster snapshot. Administrators should validate reporting periods and recipients. Report export is implemented; scheduled emailing is not automated. If managed reporting is purchased, the agreement must identify the operator, delivery cadence, format, and recipient. Disabling access retains records until an approved disposition action.
Responsible use
Use only your authorized account and permitted course data. Do not share credentials, access another user’s records without authority, disrupt the service, or use the training application as an operational system. Keep consequential decisions with an authorized human reviewer. Refer to the privacy page for current information handling and the support page for issue reporting.
Before organizational deployment
Agree support ownership and coverage, retention and closeout, recovery arrangements, and applicable security or accessibility requirements. No 24/7 response, uptime service level, independent accessibility certification, FedRAMP authorization, or government approval is represented by this page. An organization must validate suitability for its intended use.
