PRODUCT WALKTHROUGH

From enrollment to a completion report.

A guided explanation of the current product. Explore the sample lesson to try the instructional approach, or sign in to use an enrolled account.

This tour describes implemented features. It is not a live customer dashboard and does not display customer records.
01

Enroll and sign in

An administrator enrolls a learner using their email address. The administrator issues a private activation link so the learner can set an academy password and sign in with their enrolled email. An active enrollment is required to access training records.

The public sample is open without enrollment. The training application is not a public self-registration service.

02

Read, practice and save

Each module contains three lessons. Learners read the instruction, write an exercise response, and explicitly save their draft or mark the lesson complete. Saved work is available when they return.

Unsaved text can be lost on navigation or reload. Completion requires at least 40 characters; this confirms a response was submitted, not that an instructor approved its quality.

03

Check comprehension

After completing all three lesson exercises, learners answer five multiple-choice questions. Four correct answers meet the 80% module threshold. Feedback explains the concepts and learners can retry after review.

Grading occurs on the server. Assessments are instructional and are not proctored examinations.

04

Download a completion record

A passed module and its completed exercises unlock a module certificate. Completing all 15 exercises and passing all five assessments unlocks the program certificate.

Certificates record completion. They are not professional accreditation, government endorsement, or permission to use AI operationally.

05

Manage the organization

Administrators add learners individually or import a validated roster, change profiles and cohorts, and deactivate access. The current limits are 100 active learners and five separate administrators per deployment.

Cohorts organize one customer’s learners. They are not isolation boundaries between unrelated customers. Deactivating an account preserves its history.

06

Review and export progress

The dashboard shows individual and cohort progress. Administrators select a reporting month and download PDF or Excel reports with lesson and assessment completion information.

Dashboard data refreshes approximately every five seconds while open. Reports are snapshots; automated email delivery is not built in. Managed delivery must be agreed separately.

What a buyer should test

Check the sign-in flow on your intended network, save and resume a lesson, complete an assessment, download a certificate, and review an administrator export. Confirm browser access and organizational data requirements before committing to deployment.
